Step-by-step guide for foreign buyers

Stream: Small-scale privatization

Individual

• Copy of identity document;

• Registration fee and guarantee fee payment confirmation - to be done from the participant's personal account opened in Ukrainian or foreign bank (except for banks of countries included in the FATF list of countries that do not cooperate in anti money laundering);
• Written consent of the potential buyer to take the obligations outlined in terms of sale;
• Application for participation in the auction;
• Statement for familiarization with the object of privatization;
• Statement that the buyer is not subject to the restrictions of Part 2 of Article 8 of the Law on Privatization.

Legal entity

• Document on registration in the country of residence (extract from the commercial, banking or court register, etc.), certified according to the laws of the country of issue, and translated into Ukrainian;
• Statement of the ultimate beneficial owner. If the legal entity does not have a final beneficial owner, information on the absence of the final beneficial owner and the reason for its absence shall be indicated;
• The latest annual or quarterly financial statement;
• Registration fee and guarantee fee payment confirmation - to be done from the participant's personal account opened in Ukrainian or foreign bank (except for banks of countries included in the FATF list of countries that do not cooperate in anti money laundering);
• Written consent of the potential buyer to take the obligations outlined in terms of sale;
• Application for participation in the auction;
• Statement for familiarization with the object of privatization;

Stream: Rent of state and municipal property
 

Individual

• Copy of identity document;
• Registration fee and guarantee fee payment confirmation.

Legal entity

• Document on registration in the country of residence (extract from the commercial, banking or court register, etc.), certified according to the laws of the country of issue, and translated into Ukrainian;
• Statement of the ultimate beneficial owner. If the legal entity does not have a final beneficial owner, information on the absence of the final beneficial owner and the reason for its absence shall be indicated;
• Registration fee and guarantee fee payment confirmation.

Stream: Sale of assets of bankrupt banks (Deposit Guarantee Fund)
 

Individual

• Copy of identity document;
• Certificate of assurance that buyer is not a debtor or guarantor under loan agreements for the rights of claim;
   
• Certificate that buyer is not related to aggressor state, and that buyer is not subject to moratorium regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decree No. 187 as of 03.03.2023;
• Guarantee fee payment confirmation, or electronic bank guarantee confirmation.

Legal entity

• Application for participation in the auction. It must include the name, location of representative office of foreign legal entity, information about the beneficial owner, and other info. Your e-marketplace will help you with a detailed list of this information.
• Declaration that non-resident legal entity or its officials or founders are not subject to sanctions according to the Law of Ukraine "On sanctions”.
   
• Up-to-date information about the ultimate beneficial owner: last name, first name, middle name (if applicable), date of birth, and other data that you marketplace will help you fill in.
